5 products that help relieve dry skin

This weather plays havoc on my skin and it dries it out making it so sore!
I am constantly on the hunt for hydrating products and I thought I'd share with you the products I have found to be the most effective on my skin and hopefully, they will work on yours too.

One brand I found through my sub boxes with LookFantastic is Claudalíe. I adore this brand so much their products always feel amazing on my skin and it has natural but powerful ingredients!
The first product I'm going to talk about is the Vinosource Moisturising Sorbet. This is a gorgeous thick moisturiser which soothes and hydrates my skin, it's super light on my skin, I love using this morning and night it will be a perfect spring product.
The second product from Claudalíe is the S.O.S Thirst Quenching Serum. This serum is amazing you actually apply this before you apply your moisturizer and it honestly makes my skin feel incredible. It is a really light and watery consistency and soaks up all your moisturizer leaving you with gorgeous radiant skin.

This is the Dr Botanicals Moroccan Rose Superfood Facial Oil - what a name! (also from a sub box!) LookFantastic Kill it!. This is a diamond product, this always gives my skin that little boost it needs, this goes on perfectly after the BareMinerals Face Mask I use weekly. Although it's an oil it doesn't feel oily in the slightest it absorbs so quickly into the skin and leaves it feeling and smelling beautifully, honestly this is the most beautifully smelling skincare product I own, it doesn't smell like rose at all but it smells gorgeous I wish I could bottle this as a perfume, seriously. It leaves my skin so radiant and silky soft and also helps to even out my skin tone too. I really want to repurchase this because it is amazing but it has a hefty price tag, so I'm really put off by that, I received this in a sub box but it would be an amazing gift for someone if they are into skin care. If you do have a big budget however you can find the skincare 'here'

This is such a little gem the hydro care lip balm by Nivea, super inexpensive I actually think I picked this up on offer for 99p in Superdrug! It is super hydrating and I carry it everywhere with me, It's super soothing and has been amazing in this cold weather and it has not left my hand! Obviously, it is only a couple of pounds in Superdrug or boots. A definite must have if you have dry lips like I do in this freeeeezing cold weather!
Another lip balm that I am obsessed with is this Nuxe lip balm, slightly more of a luxe product, its £9.99 which is pretty pricey for a lip balm. This is actually my second tub and it definitely feels like a luxury product I love the packaging with the frosted glass and it smells like orange or lemon cheesecake it's amazing. I have actually mentioned this before on my blog and I do love it but because it is pricey I use this in my night routine before I go to bed and I use it on my pamper sessions too, you know face mask, super cleanse etc. I do love this and it is so thick and matte and it feels AMAZING.

These are my go to right now through this extremely cold weather that we are currently having. Have you used any of these? what do you think?

  3. SO glad I read this post as my skin is really suffering in this cold windy weather! I definitely want to try the Caudalie SOS thirst quench serum. It sounds ideal for my dry skin but not too much as I find thick products can really clog my skin and make it worse!! xx
