Christmas Time In Covent Garden

I forget how lucky I am to live so close to London, I definitely don’t take advantage of it enough. I recently got to spend a little time in London and I loved it! I miss it so much. I used to visit London most weekends with my friends and family and it’s always held the best memories for me.
I got to visit the Landmark Hotel for an event held by the Blogosphere Magazine team. Honestly, I have never ever seen a hotel that beautiful before if you’re ever close to the Marylebone area then definitely go check that out even if it’s just the restaurant. I promise you it creates the prettiest backdrop!
Surrounded by picturesque shops and twinkling fairy lights there is a picture opportunity on every corner. They also add some gorgeous statement decorations like the pretty benches with baubles and foliage all around it and of course this gorgeous vintage car full of presents and foliage. I would love to drive this car while listening to ‘coming home for Christmas’ wouldn’t that be the cheesiest but amazing thing ever?! Haha. Covent Garden never disappoints perfect for shopping, it has something for everyone, little cute markets, all kinds of shops and great bars and restaurants whether that’s a casual burger in shake shack or some Japanese food and drinks in Sushi Samba.
Covent Garden is one of my favourite parts of London by a mile, although I really do need to visit Winter Wonderland, it’s one of my favourite things to do in December, The atmosphere is amazing, the bright lights, Ice rink (and sculptures), rides, bars and the food stools. This place has everything for everybody! If you want to just take in the scenery, have a couple of drinks on date night or ride rollercoasters with the family this place has caters for everybody, Cute little Christmas cabins full of different food stools, drinks and handmade gifts for everybody to enjoy!
My favourite things about Winter Wonderland is definitely the carousel bar and the rides, one ride, in particular, is the obstacle, crazy house thing, it’s all inside and you go through all different obstacles then at the end is a mirror maze and I got so lost but I loved every minute it was hilarious! Obviously, the food stools too because – I love my food!
