Hello Jo, have you heard of this beauty brand? 3 words come to mind with this brand and that is Empowerment, Energy and Expression.
I for sure hadn’t heard of Hello Jo before but I am so glad I found it.
I stumbled across this brand on FeelUnique looking for some super hydrating products and I found a really cool lip mask which sounded insane, I watched a couple of videos and was completely sold I scoured their website and actually found an amazing respectable brand that is – Hello Jo.
Hello Jo was never supposed to be a beauty brand. It was originally going to be a platform to build a community for girls and women. The name Hello Jo came from the fact that ‘Hello’ is the most used and the most important word that immediately builds connections between people, creates openness and starts conversations, which I quite like that concept and it is very true.
Jo – means coffee ‘a cup of joe’ means to offer a cup of coffee and coffee is a big part of the ingredients in their products.
With every purchase, they send you a picture of lips on a stick (yes lipstick, if you will!) and this is so you can take a selfie with the lip-stick and tag HelloJo on social media and start a conversation! Talk about your passions, triumphs, failures, ask them for advice, support or just share something fun!
You can also email Hello Jo for them to send you the ‘lip-stick’ so you can get a topic going on your social media.
They have a podcast too called ‘Coffee with…’ where they get all kinds of inspirational people to have a chat over a ‘cup of joe’
Every product you buy 50p will go to the Rosa charity.
Rosa is the first UK wide fund for girls and women it is an amazing charity that fights for women’s equality and support brilliant women’s organisations.
The caffeine fuelled products are as good as the branding behind them. I purchased a lip mask and it is hands down the best lip mask I have tried (I have tried A LOT) I used to love the nügg lip mask but this is on a whole other level.
You pump 2-3 pumps (I did 2) on your fingers and simply apply to the lips.
Then leave for around 15 minutes and it starts to bubble/foam up and then once they start to disappear wipe off the excess.
It took away all the dry skin and left behind velvet feeling lips it is amazing, I use this 2-3 times a week before bed and apply my lip balm over the top and it has completely transformed the texture of my lips.
I will definitely be repurchasing from this brand I love finding honest brands that actually stand for something more than just beauty.
